The entryway is anchored by a bold black-and-white geometric marble floor, leading the eye to a sweeping staircase with custom black railings and a patterned runner that feels both sculptural and refined. Light streams through oversized steel-framed windows, washing the space in natural brightness and setting the stage for the richly layered interiors beyond.
At the heart of the home, the kitchen commands attention with a marble waterfall island that serves as both a visual centerpiece and a gathering place. Custom walnut cabinetry provides warmth, while the striking black-and-gold range hood adds architectural weight and contrast. Pendant lighting with sculptural forms floats above upholstered bar stools in textural monochrome fabric, bridging function and artistry. Just beyond, a glass-front wine wall and an open dining space extend the home’s entertaining potential, offering both practicality and polish.
The living room continues the story of bold yet livable design. Plush seating in earthy neutrals pairs seamlessly with woven black lounge chairs, their texture adding depth against a backdrop of expansive windows framing the surrounding landscape. A marble coffee table provides a dramatic anchor, while the fireplace, clad in black stone and topped with vibrant abstract art, introduces personality and warmth. It is a room equally suited for quiet afternoons and lively gatherings.
The primary bedroom becomes a retreat, embracing a softer palette that still speaks to the home’s modern sensibility. A tall, chocolate-toned upholstered headboard grounds the space, set against a shimmering textured wall. Mauve bedding and layered linens bring serenity, while a geometric patterned rug and an elegant chandelier ensure the room feels elevated and composed.
Bathrooms throughout the residence transform the everyday into the extraordinary. A powder bath makes a statement with bold, graphic wallpaper, a marble vanity, and brass accents that gleam under soft light. The primary bath, however, steals the show with its spa-like atmosphere: expanses of white marble, a freestanding black tub, and a sculptural chandelier that seems to float above it all.
