SENIOR DESIGNER
Holli Esmundo
-
Holli joined the A&CO team in October of 2020. Holli, originally from Plano, graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Architecture and came back to the Dallas area to begin her career. Her professional experience leading up to joining the A&CO team was mostly in the hospitality side of interior architecture and design.
Her roll as Senior Designer on the A&CO team is primarily architecturally driven on various construction projects, but she also flexes her design muscles on some of our furnishings projects as well. She is part of the Leadership Team at A&CO where she gets roped into many other facets of the business, like marketing and any philanthropic matters that the company sponsors. She is a whiz on AutoCAD when it comes to space planning, but she also loves to hunt for the perfect wallpaper or fabric.
Holli lives in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas with her little rescue dog Luna, who frequents the office and is always a crowd pleaser. She is a big foodie, so whether she is cooking up a five star meal at home or out at a fun new restaurant, she is surely always having a good time. Her personal style is very eclectic. She loves interesting textiles and bringing the perfect vintage pieces to round out her space. You can catch her frequent lounging content in Angeline’s Instagram stories, which has earned Holli her very own content #hollilounging.
SENIOR DESIGNER
Kelsey McKnight Hose
-
Kelsey is originally from Celina, a small town just north of Dallas. While not entirely sure what she wanted to do out of high school, she decided to pursue a business degree from The University of North Texas, graduating in 2015. Post graduation, Kelsey began working for a high-end furniture and lighting company and soon realized her heart was in design. She made the decision to go back to school for her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Dallas. At AI, Kelsey quickly learned drafting and rendering software and took those skills to a commercial interior design firm. During her time in commercial design, Kelsey contributed to various workplace and healthcare interior projects.
After 2 years and a very persuasive phone call from Angeline herself, Kelsey decided to make the jump to residential. She came to A&CO in 2021, where she was hired as a Design Assistant. With her years of experience in the design industry both before and after getting her design degree, Kelsey quickly showed what an asset she was to the A&CO team. She was able to use her skills from both her degrees and her work experience to be extremely organized and thorough in construction and furnishings projects, not to mention she has a great eye for design! Because of this, after 6 months Kelsey was promoted to Junior Designer and shortly thereafter was promoted to Senior Designer.
With her personal style being casual and comfortable, her home is filled with art she’s collected and plants she’s propagated. Kelsey and her husband, Logan, are the proud parents of their son, Dane. When their little boy does not have them running circles around their house, Kelsy enjoys listening to the latest true-crime podcast or being on her patio in Aubrey with a Ranch Water in hand.
SENIOR DESIGNER
Savannah Burdine
-
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Savannah has always had a love for creativity and a good floor plan. After discovering an introductory interiors course in high school, she went on to study Interior Architecture at The Art Institute of Indianapolis before completing her BFA in Interior Design at The Art Institute of Dallas in 2019.
Savannah began her career in residential furniture design before gaining experience across residential and multifamily projects, where she developed a particular appreciation for the construction side of the profession. Over the course of nearly seven years, she grew from an Assistant Designer into an Interior Designer, building a strong foundation in project coordination, technical design, and the details that bring a space to life. At Angeline & Co., she collaborates closely with architects, builders, vendors, and clients throughout the design and construction process. From reviewing cabinet shop drawings and navigating construction details to developing concepts and furniture presentations, she especially loves watching a project evolve from its earliest ideas to the finished space.
Savannah gravitates toward interiors that feel moody, warm, and inviting, with an appreciation for Mediterranean and California coastal influences. Earthy tones, particularly greens, browns, and rusts, are natural favorites. She finds inspiration in travel, architecture, different cultures, and the visual discoveries of everyday life.
Outside the studio, Savannah lives in Forney, Texas, with her partner, Hector, their son, Atlas, and their dogs, Milo and Gizmo. She loves spending time outdoors, traveling, gardening, and cooking with ingredients from her own backyard. During the colder months, you'll often find her baking sourdough bread and bagels for friends and family or gathering everyone together for a good old-fashioned game night. She also enjoys giving back through volunteer work with organizations including the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity.
ALLA CARTA DESIGN COORDINATOR
Sydney Shea
-
Sydney is from Plano. TX. Growing up with a father as a home builder, she always had a love and passion for design. After deciding the medical industry was not the path for her, she realized that she wanted to pursue her passion for interior design.
A graduate of Oklahoma University, Sydney’s eye for design and work ethic made her a perfect fit to join the A&CO team in 2018, where she’s filled the role of Angeline’s Design Assistant for almost three years. In the Spring of 2021, Sydney transitioned into becoming the designer that heads up our Alla Carta Design side of the business.
She lives in the "Caruth Terrace" area of Dallas with her lab Shiloh and her Pyrenees mix, Stevie. On the weekends you can find her thrifting with friends for the perfect vintage piece or hanging with her very large extended family. Sydney’s personal style can be described as a curated mix of high-end vintage pieces and one-of-a-kind textiles mixed with modern day staples.
BUSINESS & PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Marci Schneider
-
Marci has been a part of the A&CO team off and on since 2017 and has worn many (soooo many) hats ever since. She and Angeline go way further back than 2017, though. Their relationship began at the age of 8, so in 1994 (totally giving away their ages here), where they went to grade school together and immediately became best friends after Angeline got silly putty stuck in her hair at their first sleepover and Marci, a tried and true Capricorn, has been cleaning up her messes ever since.
Marci has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a Minor in Fashion Merchandising from LSU. After graduation she became a teacher and taught PreK and Kindergarten for six years in South Louisiana before deciding to stay home with her first born. During those early years of her childrens' lives, she started and managed a successful home decor blog, establishing an impressive following on Instagram. Through that experience, she gained great knowledge in Social Media strategy and marketing. She started consulting with brands and companies on how to grow their social media and reach their target audience. Angeline requested her professional assistance after Marci gave her some tips as a friend and the rest is history. It was 2017 when Marci started helping Angeline with her Social Media, which was nothing short of a disaster. If you are familiar with Angeline's Instagram stories today, which are primarily filled with office shenanigans, the occasional mystery bathroom catastrophe she is solving from one of her children, mixed with a little design to keep people interested, you can imagine what her unhinged instagram feed looked like before Marci got her hands on it. She still allows her to run loose in stories, however. Marci then began assisting with new inquiry email management, branding and marketing opportunities and really any other ways she saw her expertise could be utilized. It was in 2021 that Marci joined the A&CO full-time as Business and Procurement Manager where she manages all the purchasing, order tracking, receiving etc, for all of the A&CO projects. In addition to procurement, Marci manages a large load of the company's operations, such as business processes, marketing, financials, as well as staff relations. We lovingly refer to her as the "Mob Boss" of the office.
Marci works remotely, where she resides in South Louisiana with her husband, two children and two red labs. She stays busy being a mom with all her kids' activities, but still manages to not let one email go unread or unanswered. It's truly miraculous. Her favorite color is HOT pink. She loves bows and lattes and is obsessed with the show Friends and I Love Lucy. If you follow her on instagram @marcischneiderblog, you will find her in stories often settling a debate on the best Lululemon dupes on Amazon, recapping some episode of Real Housewives or taking on some DIY project in her house of ongoing remodel projects. When she isn't out at the family hunting lease or screaming at the TV during an LSU game, some of her favorite pastimes include nagging Angeline, having a "slightly dirty martini", making herself a bougie latte or nagging Angeline.
JUNIOR DESIGNER
Madison Bartee
-
Originally from Ennis, Texas, Madison discovered her passion for interior design during her senior year of high school after visiting a furniture workroom and seeing firsthand the craftsmanship involved in creating a piece from scratch. This experience sparked her love for residential design and shaped her belief that great design should be both beautiful and timeless. She went on to study Interior Design at the University of North Texas, where she also minored in Art History and Real Estate. During college, internships with Jan Showers & Associates and Deborah Walker & Associates gave her a strong foundation in residential design and further refined her approach.
At A&Co, Madison is involved in nearly every stage of the design process, from sourcing furnishings and materials to creating drawings, presentations, proposals, and project schedules. She enjoys seeing each project evolve from an initial concept into a thoughtfully finished home. She also loves the variety of her role and the opportunity to continually learn from the people, products, and projects around her. After reaching out to Angeline for a few years, she was thrilled when the right opportunity finally came along.
Madison is drawn to Mediterranean and Spanish-inspired interiors that feel warm, timeless, and collected. She loves natural materials, warm woods, terracotta, and beautiful architectural details. She finds inspiration in everything around her, from architecture and travel to nature and historic homes.
Outside of the studio, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Willow. She loves being outdoors, whether she’s camping or fishing, and is always up for trying a new restaurant or painting pottery with friends. She especially enjoys playing Gin Rummy and dominoes with her grandparents. And, true to her Texas roots, she never turns down a chance to two-step in her Tecovas when there's a dance floor nearby.
JUNIOR DESIGNER
Izzie Wathen
-
Growing up in Dunwoody, Georgia, just outside Atlanta, Izzie was surrounded by traditional Southern architecture that shaped her appreciation for timeless design. Those early influences remain a foundation of her work today, though she delights in pairing classic structure with playful pops of color and bold patterns to create spaces that are both elegant and full of personality. Creativity has always been in her blood—her great-grandmother was an artist, her grandmother an architect, and her mother a constant source of style inspiration. Childhood afternoons spent driving through neighborhoods with her mom, imagining how to reimagine homes, planted the seeds for a career in interior design.
Izzie went on to earn a degree in Interior Design, with a minor in Architectural Lighting, from Texas Christian University, where she discovered her passion for residential work. A formative internship in hospitality design gave her firsthand experience with fast-paced projects and instilled an appreciation for balancing beauty with function on a larger scale.
Her design philosophy is best described as a fresh take on the classics—grounded in timeless principles yet always infused with playful, approachable touches. Travel, particularly through Europe, continues to inspire her perspective, deepening her love for historic architecture, craftsmanship, and cultural expression. At the firm, she enjoys the variety of styles each client brings and treasures the collaboration that transforms houses into personal, welcoming homes. Children’s rooms are a particular favorite, as they invite boldness, imagination, and the chance to design spaces that grow alongside their inhabitants.
Outside the studio, Izzie finds inspiration in nature—whether walking with friends, playing tennis, or soaking up the sunshine. As the youngest of four, family has always been central to her life, and that warmth informs her belief that the best designs create homes full of connection, joy, and lasting beauty.
JUNIOR DESIGNER
Neileigh Strickland
-
Originally from the small town of Brownwood, Texas, Neileigh has always been drawn to creative pursuits. After years of rearranging her bedroom simply for the fun of it and a love of home renovation shows, she pursued her passion for design at Texas Tech University, earning a degree in Interior Design. An internship with a commercial design firm introduced her to the profession, but she soon discovered that residential design was where her heart belonged. She loves the personal nature of creating spaces that feel uniquely reflective of the people who call them home.
As a Junior Designer at Angeline & Co., Neileigh works alongside the senior design team throughout the design process, from sourcing furnishings, lighting, and art to developing presentations, drawings, budgets, and vendor communications. She especially enjoys the variety of her role and the opportunity to continually learn from each project and the team around her.
Neileigh's personal design sensibility leans traditional, particularly when it comes to architecture, but she loves introducing color, pattern, and unexpected elements to keep a space feeling fresh and full of personality. She is particularly inspired by travel and the way different cultures approach architecture, interiors, materials, and color.
Outside the studio, Neileigh is usually planning her next trip or looking for an excuse to visit the beach. She and her fiancé, Hayden, enjoy exploring Dallas together, from antique shops and new restaurants to coffee spots and the occasional movie night. She is also an avid reader, lover of floral design, and enthusiastic thrifter—often on the hunt for vintage treasures for her new apartment.
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR
Kristin Quinn
-
Kristin joined the Angeline & Co. team in November 2025. Originally from Grapevine, Texas, she graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with both a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young before spending twelve years in Investor Relations at a large private equity firm. After becoming a mom, she stepped away from the corporate world for a few years to spend more time at home with her young children.
Although her professional background has always been rooted in business, Kristin has long had a love for design. She worked for an interior designer during college and later channeled her creative side into a fabric and quilting business. While she no longer sells fabric, she still enjoys sewing quilts for friends and writing the occasional quilt pattern.
Kristin and Angeline first met on the sidelines of their sons’ first‑grade football team, and their families have been close ever since. When Angeline needed support on the financial side of the business, Kristin was excited to jump in, blending her business expertise and her creative passions.
Kristin lives in Heath, Texas with her husband, Adam, their two children, and their sweet doodle, Bear. When she’s not working or cheering on her kids at a sports event, you can usually find her reading a good mystery novel or teaching anyone who’s willing how to play mahjong.
